***Updated OSSAA Policy***

Attention Parents and Guardians: the OSSAA has partnered with Rank One to help simplify the eligibility process.

All MS and HS Athletes 7th-12th grade students participating in sports are required to obtain a physical. (We have already done this part)

Parents must also create an account on Rank One to complete the required documentation to participate. Please complete these forms at your earliest convenience.

Follow the directions below to complete the process.
1. Go to Rank One
2. Select “Parents click here”
3. Click "Go to Forms" under Online Forms
4. Scroll to select “Oklahoma”
5. Scroll to select “Kingston Public Schools”
6. Select “Create new account”
7. When creating an account, you must know the student ID number. That number can be found on your Sylogist parent portal. (if you are having issues, you can email tribe@kingstonisd.org for assistance)
8. Once there, you will fill out the 2 required forms.
9. Once the forms are complete and correct, your child’s name will turn green in the system. This can take a while to process.
