WelcomeEducation is a very important tool that students should not take for granted. My class Motto is KAIZEN meaning continual improvement.  Every day I work to be better than I was the day before. I believe if students take on this same mindset they too will be successful.  It takes hard work and dedication to reach your goals.  Setbacks and mistakes are inevitable. It’s how you overcome them that defines you.  Self-respect is very important. Students should set goals, have dreams, and support.

I will do my part to support your student in all things education.  All my classes will have a Virtual Google Classroom where students can view/complete assignments related to their class hours.  With the uncertainty of having daily onsite classes, students will not checkout hardcopy textbooks (Big Ideas 7th Grade).  However, each student is checking out a Chromebook that will allow them access to the online textbook. The online textbook will give them the opportunity to study, learn, and receive help for the class curriculum.  I will also be posting other helpful websites and apps that students can use in case they need additional help if I am unavailable.  I want to remind students, at Kingston Middle School Mrs. Gill and Mrs. Dohrer are available for before-school tutoring on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:15 am to 8:00 am.

I am looking forward to teaching each and every one of my students and hope everyone has a safe and happy year.
