Tuesday, July 14th-Thursday, July 16th
8:00 am to 2:00 pm

1 person per family will be allowed to come to door to pick up enrollment packet or one can be brought out to you. Packets will not be filled out at the school! Packets will need to be returned in the school in same manner.

This enrollment is for all returning students and NEW students PreK-5th Grade. All students must complete a new enrollment packet for the 2020-2021 school year and provide a current residence verification.

For NEW STUDENTS-Parents MUST provide: Valid ID, Childs Certified Birth Certificate, Proof of Residence, Childs Shot Record, Social Security Card, CDIB Card, or Tribal Letter.
