All Band Students 8th Grade through High School:

Band camp starts next week and leadership/new marchers start at the end of this week! Beginning on July 22nd, all lunches will be provided at camp due to area restaurants providing meals! Here are the dates for band camp:

Leadership: Thursday, July 18th 12pm-2pm

8th Grade/New Marchers: Friday, July 19th 10am-12pm

Full Band Camp: Monday-Friday
July 22nd-July 26th 7:30am-4pm
July 29th-August 2nd 7:30am-4pm

Monday night rehearsals starting on August 5th and continuing for the remainder of the semester 6pm-8pm

Leadership refers to all Drum Majors, Section Leaders, and Captains

If your student was in 7th grade band last year, regardless of the class they were in, they have the opportunity to be in marching band this year.

Band camp is MANDATORY for those who wish to participate in marching band this fall. I understand that I came in halfway through the summer and no band camp dates had been given prior to my arrival. However, it is essential that all marching band students are in attendance for band camp, as we will be learning the show for this year during that two-week period. If your student is going to miss part of camp due to extraneous circumstances, please get into contact with me as soon as possible.
